Todd got to burn his tie :)

Well Todd got to burn his tie last Friday February 1, 2008 marking his 6 month mark in the mission field. He took a picture of it so hopefully we will get the pictures soon and post them on this blog...

Todd has decided he isn't lovin' the snow anymore I loved his last e-mail so much I'm going to share with all

"Still cold and snow everywhere. I know I hate the heat but I would rather be hot then have to spend 10-15 mins. shoveling snow just to get out of my driveway. But it is really pretty here. We found 2 new investigators on Monday. Its a mother daughter deal. the daughter has her own son who is 2 months old and really loves the plan of salvation. The mom is named Tami, the daughter is Tiezra and the baby is named SEVEN REIGN because Christ rested on the seventh day and he reigns in heaven. But they are really cool. Our Baptism for Saturday the 16th is still going to happen. I am way excited. We have one lesson to teach her, she is so smart. Oh yea! I got a new companion his name is Elder Shawcroft from Colorado. He is the Zone leader here. He is way cool and really funny and when we teach together it just flows and it is way awesome."

So as you can see he is doing great, still loving the work he does which is sharing the teachings of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints to those who are searching to find answers to their questions of who am I, Where did I come from and Where am I going...

Stay tuned for the next Todds Missionary Adventure
